CEW - Introduction to Chakra Balance

CEW - Usui Reiki Level One
A Usui Reiki Level One workshop provides participants with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in the practice of Reiki energy healing. Attendees will explore the history and principles of Reiki, learning about the chakras and the flow of energy within the body. CEW Term 3: Discover Yoga
Do you want to try yoga in a safe and friendly environment, or do you already practice yoga and want to learn more. Join our NEW yoga instructor, Melissa Thompson, and improve your flexibility, strength and breathing. Yoga helps tone, strengthen and revitalize your whole body as well as manage stress.
Yoga is a non-competitive activity, and you will be guided to work within your own capabilities, gradually encouraging your body to a greater ease of movement.
Suitable for all levels, wear comfortable clothing and please advise of any injuries or concerns.

CEW Term 3 - Chakra Dance classes
Chakradance is a healing movement practice. It’s a form of nourishment for your true self - for your soul. Moving to music specifically created to resonate with each chakra, you are guided into your own inner dance of release and re-connection. It offers a kind of liberation. It feels like coming home! Although music and dance form the primary focus, sessions also include sensing, working with elements and colours, mandala art and short meditations. This semester we will be dancing the Seven Chakras followed by the Throat, Third Eye and Crown Chakras finishing with the Intergration dance. Your tutor, Julianne Rose, is a chakradance facilitator, mindfulness coach and NZAC counsellor who is passionate about dance and movement.
