Do you want to try yoga in a safe and friendly environment, or do you already practice yoga and want to learn more. Join our NEW yoga instructor, Melissa Thompson, and improve your flexibility, strength and breathing. Yoga helps tone, strengthen and revitalize your whole body as well as manage stress.
Yoga is a non-competitive activity, and you will be guided to work within your own capabilities, gradually encouraging your body to a greater ease of movement.
Suitable for all levels, wear comfortable clothing and please advise of any injuries or concerns.
